a. PITX’s MWM Terminals Inc. requested a relaxation for a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) due to the new normal practices. Deliberation of PITX’s KPI has been conducted by critically reviewing the KPI Metric requested. Several points have been sent back to MWM Terminals Inc., to consolidate specific red flags mentioned during the last meeting. b. A requested monthly conference between stakeholders of PITX will kick-off on the second week of November c. The access for the temporary staging area for PITX has been approved by DPWH. Negotiation with the lot owners for the temporary staging area is now being processed by MWM. d. Request for information regarding the rail project and the SEMME - C6 extension is being requested to the MMSP team and CITI respectively. The info they will provide will be necessary for the DED to be completed by ASITI e. The Terms of Reference for the proposed/new Camarines Sur Integrated Terminal Exchange was submitted to Finance and waiting for their approval. |

Pre-COVID, from January 2020 to early March, the foot traffic in the PITX reached 178,094. During the suspension of public transport operations until today, the PITX serves as the staging area for the operations of the Hatid-Probinsya para sa mga OFWs bound for Luzon. Foot traffic in PITX from June to September, in the resumption of PUV operations, has a total of 109,229. |

B. Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange

5.57-hectare development with six (6) storey passenger concourse, centralized online bus ticketing system, commercial building, and a 1,200-slot PUV bay and parking. The project aims to provide an intermodal terminal in the southern area of Metro Manila serving passengers to Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, and other southern provinces. The South Integrated Transport System (ITS) Terminal is to be established in Taguig City in connection with the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) and Philippine National Railways (PNR). It is expected to accommodate 160,000 passengers daily. |
